Freelance-time

This was a job I did in Stuttgart with a bunch of people for M.A.R.C.13 during my short freelance-period 5 years ago. It was an animation for a music-video from Rammstein called "Links". The music is rather dull, but it was fun to animate real ants behaviour.

Tideland

Shit, I really 'd like to see this film. It's the newest Teri Gilliam-movie, but unfortunately, as I heard, it's hard for him to find distributers, so I guess I have to wait quite a time. Have a look at the trailer, beautiful pictures and a very dreamy world inside a little girl's head.

    GEZ-Sheep

It's a bit late, but here's the new GEZ-ad I animated together with a friend at Spans&Partner. The spot also won on the animago-contest the first price.

    Comic-time

This is stuff I did at least 15 years ago. I remember that in this time I was fascinated from one of first comics ever made from Windsor McCay called "Little Nemo". So I started to draw my first own comic. It should have been a children-comic, but I definitely underestimated the hard work and so unfortunately I never finished it. Here are just a few drawings I did:

    Some 3D-Stuff

These are three images out of my 3D-Diplom-project I did when I was at the filmacademy in Ludwigsburg. It was part of a feature-film called "Tunnel" my dear good old friend Martin created in director's class. I had to build up and animate a dream-sequence with a gigantic turtle sitting on train-tracks. Well, that was kind of arty and underground, but what a great time!

    Sommerterrassen

I met my good friend Goro along with two other co-workers Melanie and Martin at the "Sommerterrassen" in Hamburg. Hope to see him soon again. He's going to the south of Germany now to join an interesting project for at least half a year.

    LPD-songs are great

Some years ago I used to listen a lot to the music of "Legendary Pink Dots" and I always liked their lyric. So here is the text out of a song called "The Lovers".- I like their almost poetic descriptions.

    The Lovers (part one)

Airport torture. Patience! Wait! The tannoy shouts you've just arrived and
fingers tap and eyes are strained - they wander through the queue for

recognition. Soon we'll be together - sharing secrets. Share a scarf...... and

share a little heaven. Again. ...

Kisses over breakfast. Touching souls and swapping wishes. The coffee's cold

    - you washed the dishes - shared a cigarette and time to go. We took the train -

still clutching. We smiled as others looked away....then looked again...

Hands across the table - tasting tears and linking fingers. Case is packed but

we'll still linger `til our time is up. Soon we'll just be swapping letters, crying

down the telephone. We'll wish away the seconds `til the story starts

    again...............
